If someone told you there's a BDSM story that is sweet, cute and a perfect holiday read, would you believe it? No? Well, grab this book and let it change your mind! Because BOUND FOR CHRISTMAS is all that and more.

I wish I could give this book a higher rating. I liked it, but I have to say I did not love it. The writing could have been smoother, and it felt a bit rushed at some points. If the story were longer, it wouldn't lack the development I missed here. Another thing that bothered me a bit is that they committed to each other rather too soon. Other readers might not agree, but I feel that a slower pace, when it comes to declarations of love and marriage proposals, is much more realistic.

Overall, I really enjoyed reading this story. Bernice is a bit shy and clumsy, but she is a great, loving girl. Leon is playful, attentive, considerate, kind man - and a great Dom. They managed to create a Christmas miracle together, and find love, sense of belonging, and home - in each other.

Warning: this story contains public exhibition, spanking, sex toys and BDSM practice some readers may find objectionable.

Truth must be experienced within

The Modern Muse will take you on a journey to follow your passion, to live beyond the ordinary. Giselle inspired me to find my guru within, through whatever connects me to my divine nature.

I liked when Giselle said we should ask ourselves "what is next beyond my wildest imagination" when we're faced with a challenge. And when we think we see evil, realize it's only misalignment.

The Modern Muse says we find our bliss by living life at a very high vibration. "The highest vibration is love, appreciation, and gratitude." When your life isn't harmonious, reconnect with virtues, and ask yourself questions like "what books am I reading, what am I watching on TV, what am I eating."

The Modern Muse gave me many suggestions to raise my vibration, and reconnect with my divine nature. I found it can take little effort to raise my vibration, to rise from the ashes.

I liked best her comment "we all are in love with people who are passionate because passion is magnetizing."

I am looking forward to reading Giselle's next book, because I can see, in her blog, she is evolving "beyond the ordinary."

There's a beautiful amount of inspiration, heartfelt sharing of the author's experiences and the importance of living with inspiration, rather than "goals" which may be good for some, however, living and being inspired does feel a lot better than a goal checklist, at least for me!

I'm glad I read this book, as it brought me a lot of the good things to consider, which made a difference for me. "The Modern Muse: How to Create the Ravishing Life You've Always Wanted" and "a crossing or the drop's history" by Anatoliy Obraztsov I can re-read every month! Great books!

One of the best sources available on Hitler. He observed the Nazis first hand from 1920 till 1944. His research is superb. Much of the book was written while he was living in France after being forced to flee Germany.

Konrad Heiden was a newspaper man who knew and covered Hitler from the early days of his, Hitler's, career, circa 1920s. This study of the man who would be "Fuehrer" - published ca, 1944 - is the biography other biographers of Hitler consult when preparing their own works. Heiden was not a "follower" of National Socialist philosophy, and his less than favorable reports on the tactics of early "Nazi" activities led to Heiden's eventually fleeing Germany for his life. A must read for those seeking to "explain" Hitler...
